3. Products & Print-on-Demand nature

All products sold on this website are made to order and produced through a Print-on-Demand (POD) process.

Because products are created specifically for each order:

  • we do not hold inventory

  • production begins shortly after payment confirmation

  • slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.

4. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order

  • limit quantities per order

  • correct pricing or product description errors

Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Production & shipping

Production times and shipping estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on:

  • product type

  • production partner

  • shipping destination

  • seasonal demand

DIGITAL MADAME LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately.

6. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

7. Returns, refunds & exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size selection

  • buyer’s remorse

  • color or design preference changes

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that are:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images — is the exclusive property of DIGITAL MADAME LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
