What is your shipping policy?

All our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by shipping.
For deliveries within the United States and Canada, total delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 13 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

What is your return policy?

Because our items are made especially for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship primarily to the United States, Canada, and France.

International shipping is also available for many other destinations worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards, as well as trusted payment providers available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are sent into production shortly after purchase.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
